It doesn't really appeal tbh...i don't want to be in pain like that and tend to avoid anything too large going anywhere near my vagine.

I'll pass on fisting altogether...

The sensations on your hand once you get past the tighter opening so to speak are beguiling, the way you can move your hand around to push and increase pressure on the receiver is great as you see their reactions.
