Today I craved yuzu so whilst out with a friend I went and bought some amazing ice cream with it in. So so good.

I also crave dancing at a festival without a care in the world.

The latter did not happen but I've been listening to all the music of times to come very happily this afternoon.

I woke up craving all the carbs so I allowed myself some of the carbs. It's been over a week of no vaping and in order to cope my body thinks it wants sugar and stodge and I've put 5lbs on.... 5lbs!
