So he looks and talks funny, but man the boy can cook.

Why though, does he have to absolutely drench his food in sodding olive oil? I know he loves his Italian influences but really?

He has a restaurant in the Bull Ring,

I know he doesn't cook in there anymore but by Christ the food is well lush! *Drooling smiley*

We went to his restaurant in Bristol and the service was shockingly bad. Shame really, cos the food was bloody good!
