The Yorkshire pudding batter has onions (marinaded in cumin, turmeric and chilli powder), chopped chilli and coriander added to it.

I also use chilli sausages.

Makes for a different take on a favourite.

I'm a medium rare kinda guy but I like the griddle pan to be proper hot so I get a bit of burnt on the outside how about your self?
