It feels like a new chapter is just around the corner. The door to normality is only slightly ajar, but soon we might have more freedom if all goes well. To put this time to a good use.. have you decided to make any changes in your life?

I'm joining the gym. Looks like the PT I chose is ex military. They told me after.

somewhere, someplace

Join the gym, tone up and shift some inches.

Learn to ignore dickheads and not let them get to you.

Get out more and meet new people and make new friends

I'm currently trying to find a gym to join and I need a scary PT as well, that will keep me motivated.

I'm going to stop overthinking everything and start spending time doing things for me, that I enjoy. I sort of lost my confidence and self belief these past few months and now it's a time for rediscovering that and enjoying life.

It was a strange time and very challenging. Gym might just set a good course for changes in self belief too. I just walked into one once out and about!

I've tried diets and gyms a lot over the years and always fall off the wagon so my thought now is to be healthier and learn to love my body as it is.

I'm trying to be easier and more compassionate with myself as well

Thanks Meli. It's so easy to treat others how you want to be treated but not so easy to do it the other way round and show yourself the same compassion you afford to others.

A few specific ones but more generally to try and fully appreciate all the small things we've missed for as long as possible, and not take them for granted again. There can be so much joy and curiosity in everyday human interactions; we don't always need to travel the world to discover new adventures.
