What do you do to perk yourself up?

Feeling super tired this morning (must be from running last night)

and coffee and hot and cold showers aren't doing it for me today

Maybe you need to eat. Often after long runs or hard training I am so hungry the next day and I need the food to give me energy too. Also take on fluids other than coffee.

You probably have already considered all of this but it's just a thought to offer help.

Maybe you need to eat. Often after long runs or hard training I am so hungry the next day and I need the food to give me energy too. Also take on fluids other than coffee.

You probably have already considered all of this but it's just a thought to offer help.
