Without your permission?

Whilst personal messages expressed on without any particular individuals name being mentioned are thrown out of the court?

Are the different judgments made based on personal preference or presumed anonymity?

You can't comment/critiscise another's profile (and possibly status updates) without the other user explicitly asking for advice/critiscism of their profile.

You can't name and shame either. If you have a problem with another user block and/or report to admin.

I think you can mention content of private messages as long as no names are mentioned.

There is a forum faq somewhere but can't find it on the mobile site.

The rules are in the same place on the mobile as the desktop, just above the box that you post your post in before sending. It is best to read them if you don't know what they are, saves people getting banned

Unless someone specifically asks for their profile to be critiqued or it is relevant to a thread (someone asks for their profile to be critiqued) all the rest may be shaky ground!
