"A couple of friends have recommended I start taking some supplements to help with my endo/pcos. I have some recommendations already but thought I'd ask here if anyone has any? Specifically to aid women's health, chronic pain and back pain. Lu " Vitamin d along with k2 and magnesium. Google vitamin d protocol. Good level of b12, 800+ along with folate near 20. Ferritin 80+. All these can and should be tested before taking any supplements but especially b12 as supplements effect results. | |||
