A couple of friends have recommended I start taking some supplements to help with my endo/pcos.

I have some recommendations already but thought I'd ask here if anyone has any?

Specifically to aid women's health, chronic pain and back pain.

I can't say I've ever noticed that any have reduced my pain. However, omega 3 helps me sleep and gives me more energy overall which helps with the fatigue from endo and chronic pain.

I tripped over a can of mackerel, I’m okay though, I only had super fish oil injuries.

I’ll see myself out.

Vitamin d along with k2 and magnesium. Google vitamin d protocol.

Good level of b12, 800+ along with folate near 20. Ferritin 80+. All these can and should be tested before taking any supplements but especially b12 as supplements effect results.

I've been taking marine collagen for a couple of months now, I read it's good for joints and post workout muscle recovery which was my main reason for taking it. It's also noticeably improved my skin, and while I'm blessed with a baby face anyway even at 39, the crows feet I do have are much softer than they were prior to taking it

Boots do a good range at a reasonable price. I use their multivitamins and their cod liver oil.
