Yep, went back on Thursday evening. Shoulders still ache! Mr KC is going to massage them later

Might carry on with Sundays in the park too and go horse riding on Saturdays....

I have enquired at a local one, posh with a pool, jacuzzi and personal trainer. I need to shift the chub, but I also have a heart condition so the personal trainer can advise
