Who loves a chip butty?(chips in a sandwich!) ..what do you add to it? Tomato ketchup, mayo, brown sauce,malt vinegar?

Butter, a little vinegar on the chips, lashings of ketchup and occasionally a few drops of hot sauce just to spice things up.

The chips also have to be arranged on a single layer in a way that there are no gaps.
