Kelso

Not had our evening meal yet but it won't be fish.

Yesterday we had haddock which I got from the fish merchant and allegedly fresh in that day. It was absolutely delicious.

Fresh caught mackerel barbecued whole is hard to beat. Unless it's an entire salmon slow-cooked in an oildrum barbie, which I did once for a big family do.

Did that make it an oily fish?

..

I love salmon at home. I don't generally order fish in a restaurant.

If I’m at the seaside then it would be cod and chips from the chippy
