I don't do gym but after a long bike ride I like the tingling jelly like feel to my legs afterwards

I only did cardio today. Loose about 8lbs and ill be back to where I can start lifting and planning from there.

was lovely to see people back and not busy at all.

I like reading after a hard workout with some music on and relax until food

My legs are aching but not from the gym! Had a very active day...

2hr hack out in beautiful scenery this morning (hence the achy legs)

A lunchtime sexy-time session with Mr KC and another ride

An afternoon push of about 2 miles

Lovely weather for it all and off to the gym on Thursday

I love the feeling after a swim.

Even now, when I can't swim very far any more, I still love that feeling after the shower, when you get those little muscle twinges and feel warm and relaxed.

Feeling the pain there . I’m now at the start of the stage where you can’t even eat dinner . Just lifting a arm up is such hard work .

Then leaning over to reach something and the pain from the peck cuts in . Feel like I’m 100 years old .

I've just got back and absolutely loved it! Only issue is that I went to bench press the 50kg dumbbells and they seemed to have super glued them down to the rack

I love to feel the pain and aching muscles the day after. You know then that you've worked hard and it's done you some good.

That feel good factor that you get after exercise too, it's a great feeling.
