A rock?

Not as silly as it sounds, they dont need walking, they dont need feeding, they dont run up vets bills, and you can sit and stroke them whenever you want without getting slobbered on or clawed lol! Oh, and you can paint them any colour you want, or change the colour!

We have a chinchilla and they are fantastic little things.

We have had ours about ten years now.

The more you handle them the tamer they become. Ours have free run of our front room from about 7 at night until we go to bed.

I often fall asleep watching the box only to wake up with the little thing asleep on top of me. They love company!

Ours is very tame and we can really recommend them.

Look into them on the web, they also well out live a dog or cat.

Like any pet though, you get out what you put into them.

But we would not be without ours, great pets!
