Alex is there as I type, he's like an excited kid on Christmas morning and was up mega early. Neither of us will be queuing for any hairdresser or barber as we've done each others hair down since wayyyyy before covid so lockdown hair hasn't been a thing for us at all and as for high street shop - they'll still be there in a few weeks so we'll wait on all the madness of them reopening dying down before we go anywhere near, same with pubs, restaurants etc, the first few days/couple of weeks is going to be all the covidiots that don't seem to grasp that although lockdown is easing there's still a long way to go and we need to be sensible about things if we're ever going to get back to how things were pre covid.

He did and is raring to go again tomorrow. Just updated the apps with all his measurements so can keep a track of how the muscle tone and build come back after 4 months out of the gym and me being on furlough so been baking cakes and making puddings far more than I would normally.

Get yourself down to the gym tomorrow, longer you leave it the harder it'll be to get back into it. Look forward to you updating everyone how it goes tomoz lol x
