I am not interested in chasing a particular look. I am more attracted, physically, to some than others but it is hard to define. Far more important than looks in the swing scene are personlaity, intelligence, humour, banter and confidence. Nothing like a sexy confident (nice smelling ) man

I have to find someone attractive to want to meet them but they don't have to be stunning. They must appeal to me in terms of looks but other factors are just as important.

I got a message from someone young, gorgeous and with a killer body yesterday and said no thanks because I didn't like his profile.

Spot on - I had a lovely guy message me a few days ago, drop dead gorgeous looking, really nice in personality and meeting most criteria except for two... so I wont meet .

an average guy to others can be very attractive to me because of his personality, same as what others may find attractive i dont because of personality. obviously i have to be attracted to them but it there personality that makes them attractive.

There are obviously some that no matter how good there personality is i wouldnt shag them.

Having said that i think the guys i know are good looking as well as good personality, win win situation

I recently suggested to a lady that she should maybe visit her local SpecSavers. She commented that the first thing she noticed in my pic were my eyes!

So yes, looks, but there are looks...... and looks!!

More important though, is personality and a chemistry between the 2 people.

I don't think it is a case of not caring.... but I do think that for some it is solely looks and nothing on personality.... which is why you get people saying "i have a great body/six pack, why can i not get a meet?"

for me it is a mixture of looks and personality... if miss world has a really shitty persona i would not be interested...

If someone gets me pouting my lips as im reading their profile. It means, im interested in them, but i may not be what they are looking for. So, a wink shall suffice (im not being lazy, just up to them if they want to reciprocate in our communications lol).

How someone looks is important, if I am not attracted to them, I wouldn't arrange to meet them again. And whether they are slim, fit or carrying a few pounds is not particularly relevant either as it is about the whole person so to use what Mistress said if they are dull and inane, what point is there in meeting again even if they are the hottest thing on two legs? I have had a few meets where the conversation has become a one sided affair and I have chosen not to meet them again even though they have wanted to meet me. If they were great conversationalists but I didn't feel attracted to them, I wouldn't arrange to meet them again as it needs to be an overall attraction not wholly about looks

I guess I'm in a minority as looks don't really bother me.

I chat to guys with or without pics and if we have chemistry in our chats that's what turns me on most. It's my mind that needs stimulated. Having said that I have yet to click with anyone I don't find sexy when we meet

but looks are def not high on my list of priorities.
