So.... What's on your grill?

We're a pretty carnivore family so we tend to have

sausages (dirty ones, not posh high meat content ones )

Chicken pieces

Marinated pork

Steak

Burgers

Fish

And for desert a whole pineapple with cinnamon sugar on a rotisserie attachment with ice cream.

Wouldn't the ice cream melt if you put it on the rotisserie?

Chicken skewers with baby tomatoes and slices of green pepper.

The pepper and Tom’s just crisp up yummy and it makes such delicious finger food.

I’m salivating.

Oh yes. When I go camping with friends I am in charge of bbq's and have to have 2 separate ones.... One for meat and one for veggies. Utensils and everything as one of them is veggie.

She always brings new potatoes marinated in olive oil, salt and chilli. They are Deliscious.

As a vegetarian I'm usually relegated to the sympathy bean burger/meat substitute while everybody else enjoys fancier stuff . If I host our own BBQ though I love to get creative. Mushrooms, halloumi, cherry tomatoes and pepper skewers, portobello mushrooms and stilton, corn on the cob, baked sweet potatoes. God I'm hungry now!

Cheap sausages, standard burgers, marinated pork belly, chicken skewers, halloumi... then a table of buns, salad, coleslaw, potato salad, sauces, nibbles etc. BBQs are an all day and night thing here!

Late on we wrap bananas in tinfoil with a snickers/chocolate in the middle
