It’s become almost cool to hate all men or to lament attraction to them.

Hmm, if you'd have asked me this in my early 20s I'd probably say I'd prefer to be lesbian but I'd now still choose to have sex with men. Maybe it's good that sexuality isn't a choice or I might have written men off too soon.
