Like WTF, where does it come from? No matter how often I sweep the kitchen and dinning room floors within hours there's some more of the stuff sitting there almost mocking me.

It’s a blue fluff fairy. Some fairy’s sprinkle magic dust, others, who have been naughty and relegated, are left to sprinkle blue fluff.

Collect it, save it, knit a scarf with it

Mine must have been relegated for being to generous with the fairy dust. She's more than making up for it.
