At the insistence of the males in my family I am currently preparing a Texan delicacy which goes by the name of Bull Turds!

Suffice to say it will be consumed at an all male barbecue in a homemade pit barbecue tomorrow when I am safely away and hopefully eating smoked salmon instead

The great Shirley may have said that life is too short to stuff a mushroom but apparently it's not too short to dissect, disembowel, stuff with two fillings and wrap chilli peppers in bacon

But the salmon skin could tempt me.
