maybe a bit sleepy towards the afternoon the next day but besides that I’m always bright eyed and bushy tailed!

All good here but not had a beer since october.I never get a headache if drinking real ale but if I drink chemical beer I get a terrible one.

Also drink a pint of water after a few beers.

Luckily I have my kids over so I don’t drink when they’re here.

However this lockdown hasn’t helped my drinking when I’m alone. So this time last week Op I was in the same place. But I intend to get out into the hills again in the future back to the great outdoors

Tbh I do down a bottle of water or two just to be on the safe side but I think it’s just a genetic thing?
