Unfortunately during the physical exertion I've pulled a muscle in my back ,

Sometimes i see something funny and actually put my hand over my mouth.

Something someone sent me the other day is so funny i cant look at it anymore cause my sides hurt so bad when i do

I chuckle, giggle and laugh many a time,...

Some peeps are seriously funny, it such a shame it hurts at the moment...

They say laughter is good medicine ,, if I keep reading the forums my muscle will be better soon..
