Come Dine with me ?

Had a letter in post thay are doing come dine with me show around here and if i would like to put myself or one of my family on show . lol My family say i may have 2 or 3 glasses of wine tell them i am a swinger . lol I am asking my older girl to do it and i give her lessons as cant cook , lol Thay do go around looking in your draws and no telling what thay may find here , lol If you was on what menu ?

If Ali was cooking it would be a fab menu game , but as its me heinz tomato soup starter,chicken and mushroom pot noodle for main with sliced beetroot,then cadbury's wispa mousse to finish all washed down with Fosters

A relative of Perky's in Gillingham (Kent) was on it about a year or so ago. He said....... 'Never, EVER, again.....'.

I would go through Jo's drawers given the chance ...but totally agree ,steer clear they shoot loads and loads of footage and then the editing is vicious and along with the errrr "pithy" comments portrays you how they want you to come across,its rarely reality. Cheap television at it worst IMHO

The casting process for Come Dine With Me and other shows like Coach Trip is long and complicated....

First of all they invite applications, then they ask people to send in a video clip of themselves if possible as it gives you a better chance of inclusion in the next level of casting.

Casting 'Face Off' inter_iews then follow before a panel make their final choices.

As tempting as it would be to extend an invitation for you to sample my excellent cooking skills, sadly I don't think its good enough to tempt anyone to travel 160 miles to sample it!

Ya never know. I've flown up to Inverness twice for play weekends with someone who particularly interested me. And my last play partner was 200 miles away (each way). I'll travel for people who I find especially interesting.

My brother applied to go on with a menu of food he had shot/caught/smoked/brewed himself.

He made it as far as the final inter_iew and was turned down on the basis that he was neither odd enough or likely to be opinionated and combative! That decision shocked his friends and family as we didn't think his best behaviour would hide these facets of his personality

I dont think we will go for it . Just weird getting that letter as we like the show and have said oo be fun to do it but really would open yourselfe up to alot of crap maybe too and that we can do with out as a happy family here x .

It's amazing how many people have hot tubs in that show. I think most of the contestants are swingers already.
