Brilliant initiative for all equality.. any person should never be discrimated against because of their hairstyle...

No matter what race religion or colour.. celebrate all individuals and their hairstyles at schools and in the workplace.. equality for all..

What if, your classmate has a big bouffant hairstyle and they are blocking out the board?

Amy Winehouse style.

Henceforth, students shall be seated by hairstyle height. Buzzcuts at the front, bouffants at the back

our son was "asked" to change his hairstyle at primary school. We discussed it with him and he agreed to comply but none of us were happy

I do that all the time but it's also character building to fight numerous battles on multiple fronts.

And mostly win...

My daughter was sent home until her hair was back to its normal colour, after dying it for a fancy dress party.

I was pissed off because other students were allowed big stripes of blonde, on black hair and hers was blonde hair slightly tinged pink, because they didn't know the food colouring wouldn't wash out.

I let her stay off until the end of term.

Do you think a student would be happy to sit at the back of a class because their hair restricts other students view of the white board?

Its difficult isn't it. does one person's right to wear their hair how they want trump another person's right to be able to see the board.

I'm glad its not a problem I have to deal with
