Mine was 4 stone over 5 yrs of a relationship.

Lost it in 4 months...which was quicker than the end to the relationship.

Good on you!! I'm now down to the 2nd dress size. Starting to see it visibly now too.

I was checking my weight each week but stopped that now, I found I was getting frustrated.

Just seeing the changes is enough for me

I’ve lost 6lb in a week from using Gousto meals 4 days a week and then easy meals for the other 3.

Size isn’t changing though haha
