Just be confident and detailed profile and good pics. FS has a large group of people looking for different experiences and there is usually someone who wants to meet older guys who don’t have a 6 pack. Many like older as they are not selfish in bed and tend to be more caring.

Sense of humour, don’t take yourself too seriously, don’t charging in with the target being a ‘meet’.....everything the wiser gents above have mentioned. Nothing more I can add really.

Mostly. treat this as some fun rather than a source of frustration. There are all sorts of ladies here and some will not be looking primarily at the size of your six pack rather than the size of your brain and your ability to engage theirs.

I've had a lot of fun on fab and other sites etc, I had to find my own way, make my own mistakes. There was no internet to go to for advice when I started.

But for those that need it....the best bit of advice would be to research swinging, what it actually means, be yourself and have no expectations!
