Wax, pluck, shave, shape, buff?

I was just wondering how many of you were booked in with the beauticians for when they open?

In the last few months have you got quite good at DIY de-fluffing, have you gone retro, have you had any distasters?

I have been using hair removal cream and or shaving for intimate areas, but that was pre Covid since I have sensitive skin, and found out that waxing down there is torture!

Gents, in the interests of equality, are you booked for your back sack and crack?

There ain’t gonna be no wax going near my ball-sac! No way José!

I’ve kept myself trimmed and manageable down there much the same as pre-Covid, with a pair of scissors

"I tried Woo Woo hair removal but I think it's meant for removing pubic hair, not a thicket of coarseness. I've not booked in for a wax yet, I'm going to try and shift some pounds before an unfortunate soul has to do that.

I never bother with my brows, for the most part I've left my hair natural. I'm booked to get it done next week and I'm so excited about it, I think I'll cry when I can smell that salon smell again.

"

Please don’t say that, they’ll stop paying me to advertise them.

Nothing to it, warm the little pot of wax up, dip the plastic spatula in, shove in a nostril and wait till it sets then yank it out quick. Just don't get it on your moustache because that does tingle

I wax my own legs.

Finally decided after years of discomfort, that actually I like my muff just trimmed short and tidy the edges.

Tried waxing my own bits a few times... not the same results as a professional and takes FOREVER!

I plucked my eyebrows the other day and sneezed with every pluck! I am booked in for an eyebrow wax and tint and lash tint at the end of the month.

Got a hair appointment next Tuesday but might cancel as not much to cut right now lol

I dint do other waxing etc although might look in to facial waxing thanks to my wonderful pcos. Was considering home waxing but not sure I'm brave enough lol

The only thing I am desperate for to make me feel human again is my nails! I need my talons on again ASAP!

I do everything myself apart from my eyebrows which I find really difficult.

I used to get everything waxed off - but the regrowth is just awful - I'd rather trim now

Legs etc .. are easy to do myself.

I'd love a manicure ( natural - no plastic nails )

And pedicure though.

I sort myself - more so because I hate having to wait for the hair to grow back to the length required for waxing.

Nails I do myself also and hair is booked for the end of the month which I'm ridiculously excited about

Wax all the way : I had mine today , lt’s a very Sexy feeling . I have it once a month .

If I was younger I would of gone for

Laser a good investment as it’s permanent

And you never have to do anything else

When I was in my 30 th I had electrolysis under my

Arms and have been hair free since - but laser

Has replaced that procedure .

Have a look at Kenashii - much better value kit than Nads. And it comes in a nice cotton bag to keep it all in!

So I wax my nose too, doesn't hurt at all as long as you give it a proper pull (you've got to be committed!)

Otherwise shave all over, considering booking in for a full all over wax though (everything!)

God. I miss this badly. Yes there are things I can do myself but it is just not the same as someone else doing them to you! Say head massage. It's like trying to tickle yourself but without the actual laughter for happy end.

W Yorks

I recently tried WooWoo hair removal cream, specifically designed for intimate areas. I was super impressed!

I set a 6 min timer, smeared it on with my fingers (every bit of my undercarriage, right up to my bumhole), washed my hands then shaved my pits n legs. By that point I was at 5 mins 30s so I got a damp flannel and wiped off the cream. It really worked. All the hair (lockdown length!) gone. I jumped in the shower to rinse the rest off and it was done. No redness, no burning, no strong chemical smell. I'm still amazed it worked so well!

And I'm a person who has given my foof a chemical burn from both Veet and Magic Shave despite doing a patch test!

I'd never wax my bits. I've had an infected ingrowing hair elsewhere on my body. I've no intention of having one in my lady area. And you run that risk with waxing. WooWoo is my go to product now!
