Cauliflower cheese for main course followed by strawberries and chocolate philly later.

I only tasted chocolate philly for the first time on Friday, it's gorgeous. Yum!

Ribs in ... I have them over bags you add spices and things in bag rice and roast veg .. I find i can do Roast beef in less then 2 hours ... Rib of beef .. as my lots like it very rear . Do that tomorrow ..

You cook beef straight from the fridge? It will be far more tender and better if you get it out for an hour prior to cooking.

Yes I love my sea food Jo, but I do like a roast dinner, and while a lady friend who works there keeps bunging me free vouchers for ice cream I keep going back for more!

Spicy buttered cous cous with Chorizo, cabbage, onions, garlic, spring onions, peppers, mushrooms, parsley and sesame seeds.

Tonight was Oak smoked salmon fillets, Mediterranean cous cous (with sun dried tomatoes, olives, chopped tomatoes, spring onions, chilli's, basil and salad cheese) with green beans, broccoli and peas.

Om nom nom.
