Noswaith da Good Evening

My dear friends Fabbers and Forumites.

Golly gumdrops it truly has been 4 seasons in one day here in N Wales. Gogledd Cymru.

Sun , rain , snow and hail ha ha its been rather jolly fun trying to outguess the weather on what to wear .

Ive just had a rather splendid pint of nesquick chocolate flavoured milk mmm yum with added blob of vannila ice cream, because i am worth it.

After work today i gave my number one road bike a jolly vlean , the chain is now super sparkly . A very happy day

My mischievous pooch

He likes to play with empty plastic bottles, but he pinched my water bottle earlier that was still half full...his face was a picture when he bit into it and water squirted in his face

Nesquik is amazing!

What's made me smile is planning on doing exercise videos with some amazing women, a good talk with some lovely friends and some mini eggs that Sean Bean tried to outlaw. It's been a good day and I've not had to take any pain medication. So that's a win.

Autumn here and the leaves on the trees are turning yellow, orange and red. That made me smile too.

We get them constantly at all times was just so cute seeing the cubs. Usually the bruins are around more.

There's a song called "A Balada De Gisberta " is one of my favourite songs and this song was writing by Pedro Abrunhosa a Portuguese song writer in memory of Gisberta, who was tragically murdered in the city of Porto in Portugal back in 2006 .

This song was covered by Maria Bethânia a Brasilian singer who embraced so much not only the song but also Gisberta story and become one of the most beautiful songs on her repertoire.

Today i found out reading on other social platform that finaly Gisberta she will have her name given to an street in the city of Porto in Portugal

To anyone who doesn't know about Gisberta story , please check on YouTube , is a very sad history but , today Gisberta put a smile on my face because her name will never going to be forgotten and how much her name and story have improved in Portugal the protection of the life of so many womans
