I too will be going for a run, I did threshold training yesterday so today will be an easy run, my right foot hurts though, I think I need new trainers, any recommendations would be good.

Asics Gel DS trainer 24, I’m looking at Asics Evoride. I like the look of Saucony, but they’re too expensive

I think a lot depends on your weight, running style and ground you run on.

Worth going into a store that specialises in running gear and they can analyse your style and get something that's a perfect fit for what you want them for

Stick with what you already use or go to a local reputable running shop and try a few pairs on to make sure they suit

Rs500, it was my dads car he bought it new in 87, and he left it sat in our garage cyprus from 98- until 6 years ago i bought it back over and started restoring it. Needed no welding but the heat had ruined the interior plastics, paint ect

I made cakes yesterday, Lemon and Lime Drizzle, was in the process of making some gingerbread when my 30yr old Kenwood Chef destroyed itself in a cloud of smoke.

So today I will be looking on line to buy a new one.
