I have had a lovely day and saw my mum, sister and daughter. The dog went to the groomers and I bought a new car. Just in so now pouring myself a glass of wine.

I did PT in the park but forgot my basketball so could only watch others in envy. Mr KC and our daughter had fun in the park while I trained. We bought ice cream on the way home so not a bad day at all
