Chelmsford

The Chief of Police is saying that sexual harassment is rice across all schools and over 100 schools are on a website where concerns can be recorded.

This will spread like an Ossie bushfire. Then we will have the historical crimes.. not sure many bobbies will be left on the beat..

I guess that this loops around quite neatly to what people were saying the other week about educating our children to do better.
