Rice, that is, you people with filty minds!

I like mine hard, and not keen on soggy rice that's for sure!

Soft but not sticky, but never seem to get it right, my lovely lady Jayne is hopeless at rice too!!!!

(starts running for cover, when she reads that I am in sooooooo much trouble!!!)

Apparently the rice in a bag that you microwave is supposed to be quite good.

Not that I would try them, as it is really easy to cook rice to perfection, for me that is, as I have had plenty of practice!

I do like Japanese rice when it is slightly more sticky

Also glutenous rice with is very sticky, made with lots of yummy Chinese dried meat and dried shitake mushrooms etc...
