For those who work in the hospitality industry, we have been hit by what can only be described as one of the worst years our industry has ever seen.

Anyone here thinking of switching their job or has already done it

I've just landed a new chef job... since losing my last in the summer I was thinking about a change. But I love what I do so I think I'll see how the next year goes and decide.

I retrained last year and they closed all the venues.
