its rotten right sunday 3 hours sleep, monday didnt even bother going to bed, tuesday about 6 hours sleep and i was buzzing about it , tonight nothing so far

best of luck with your interview tomorrow - maybe a wee morning coffee will sort you for it (i’m avoiding caffeine just now with no luck)

I keep crashing between 7-9pm so then I am wide awake late.

Just been shooting zombies playing resident evil so i am too awake for this time

Best of luck with the interview.

I missed my window for sleep. Wife was chatty just as I was falling asleep and as soon as I woke up she fell asleep. That was 4 hours ago.

Oh well.

Although I might need to delete my fab account. Reading the forums doesnt help with sleep

Have you tried taking magnesium and Vit D?

Also, worth investigating L-tryptophan and 5htp.

Not getting enough sleep is horrible.
