The ultimate bacon buttie is... Ketchup, spinach, mature white cheddar cheese, loadsa lean bacon madalions, an egg, tomatoe, onion and garlic mayo, all layered in that exact order... Delish. Well it's the ultimate for me... Yum gonna make one now

Best idea so far ! I'm vegetarian but I'll ditch the bacon and have some of that.

Waste of good bacon, one of the few things neither of us is keen on food wise is avacado, aubergine is another no no- it's a texture thing. Each to their own tho and some of the suggestions on here sound scrummy, off down to the kitchen to cook some bacon now

I like bacon with avocado and tomato but not bread. Avocado and bread don't go well in my opinion. There seems to be a fad for avocado on toast at the moment, I really don't like it.

White bread, back bacon or middle, butter and ketchup, nope.

Crisp streaky back on on toasted sourdough with a poached egg.... Yes please!
