Bake some salmon in the oven with some courgettes and peppers. R grill. Microwave rice if no time to cook.

I just had smoked haddock with mash, and yesterday had Sardine and tomato paste on toast.

I've gone off meat lately.

Have you tried diced red pepper and spring onion in your rice.?

You can cut up the pepper and onion for a few days lunches and store in the fridge.

I add them to the rice about 2 minutes from the end of cooking, with seasoning.

You have to think yourself thin.

Imagine you're walking miles through open countryside, or along a beautiful sea shore.

That should do the trick.

Smaller than a sky remote but thicker than a lynx can.
