Probably one of the most effective bodyweight exercises you can do is the pull up, strict of course, chest to bar

To pull up 22 stove I'd need arms like Arnie.

As long as the man on top of me can keep his weight off of my chest I don't care how many pull-ups, sit-ups, press-ups or battement fondues he can do.

Nope. Did two and permanently injured my shoulder. Seven years on and it's still not right.

Not everybody is fortunate enough to be born with a body that can do this stuff.

I would be disappointed with 5, 3 sets of 12 or I'm not playing, took months to build up to that though but you have to have goals, I have to try to look after my body asit kind of takes the attention off the face for a short while, we can't have it all

"Yes.... but what I really want to know is who can do a handstand push-up! "

About 20 years ago I used to do them daily. I needed the wall to keep my balance though, so not sure if that's cheating.

Did a whole 5 push ups once with somebody sat on my back. Now I prefer to get up when they sit on my face

Yes to the more than 5 pull ups too. I have pretty slim arms, but a muscular back and core. Nauti loves the chesticles too.

Yep, though I only do lower reps if I'm using plates for extra weight. Admittedly, I think I'll be building back up to that when the gym reopens, though.
