Asking her out is one thing, sexualising or fetishising your neighbour is another.

Her being friendly to someone 15 years her senior does not equate to being interested in you. How awkward will you make her feel if she turns you down?

FaceBoook really is the devil. bit like peeking through someones living room window just because they left the curtains open. I think you should leave ppls social media alone until invited to join and OP should leave the neighbour alone unless shes expressly shown interest.

Just ask if she'd like to go for a coffee to celebrate now things are opening up again. It's just being neighbourly but you can see if there's any chemistry without being overt about it. Let things develop naturally from there (or not).

Sorry dont agree. How is someone like the OP meant to know if shes interested unless he asks her out. Sod it ask her its not illegal and if she says no then no then do be it.
