I am properly arachnaphobic to the point it can affect some thing I do (gardening, clearing out sheds etc)

My only fears are for my son. I dont particularly like flying but compared with something like him getting hurt, it's not a fear lol

Being in deep dark open sea alone without a boat.

Not knowing what lies beneath me.

I do alot of open water swimming and occasionally I get the open water heebie jebbies and freak out to the point of having to get out of the water. Usually happens about 1 in every 20 or 30 swim's.
