There's a frequent problem with bacon sarnies.

"Who's up for a bacon sandwich?" I ask.

"No thanks", says everybody.

"OK" I think to myself, just me then.

Five minutes later someone comes along and says "Mmmmm, that smells nice, I think I've changed my mind. "Have this one" I say, and start another.

A couple of minutes later someone comes along and says "Mmmmm, that smells nice........

Bacon and sausages should be grilled or done in the oven, fried is it of the question though a flat top is okay if bought from a burger van.

Sausages are best on a warmed plate with a huge dollop of brown sauce to dip in (daddies preferably) and a fresh french stick heavily buttered.

Bacon on its own has to be several rashers in a sandwich covered in brown sauce though preference is a BLT with Hellmans mayonnaise.
