It's raining cats + dogs, blustery to blowing a gale here, so reconsidering my plans for the day and gonna do some baking instead... What shall i make?

I have everything! Just need inspiration!

Orange polenta maybe? Or ?lemon drizzle?

Bakewell tart? Chocolate cake??

My pantry is well stocked.. Gimme some ideas

Melt the chocolate, spread the crushed up crisps on a baking tray and cover in chocolate. I'm assuming they used plain crisps.

The last flavoured cake I made, as opposed to a vic sponge, was a rhubarb and custard one and it was delicious. Can't imagine you've got any rhubarb though, I know mine is just little shoots at the moment.

I spent a while in Jamaica many years ago when my (now ex) husband was working there. Sticky Pineapple and rum cake ..... I don’t much like cake but this is another world.

Duffins are my latest bake, doughnut/muffin.

I've done them with fillings of Nutella, raspberry jam, lemon curd.

Then added orange essence and chocolate chips, and made a loaf using lemon essence and did it like a drizzle cake.
