Plenty of online support available too if you feel that may help, I don’t know where you are based but Samaritans, Qwell, and your GP can help as starter points I’m sure. I’ve known people to get out of rock bottom and are now thriving, and they definitely had feelings of real lows and lacking any self love or care. Stay strong, stay connected to others, exercise and fresh air, and try doing something new to distract your mind and keep it fun if possible. I'm so used to putting on a brave face that I found I was unable to tell my GP the full extent of how bad things had been. Once I realised what I was doing I went back to her and dropped my defences. I got the help I needed and am doing better now. Have you spoken to your GP? | |||
