How can I be this tired...

And not be asleep yet?

I've been laid in bed for around 2 hours and not fallen asleep.

How I am not sparko I do not know.

Anyone else in the same boat?

I normally have what I call "midnight toast" to help me sleep but it only helps me on work nights for some reason!!
