Secret hideaway in the pennines

Do your nerves get the better of you on a first meet, I am ok in a club, but sometimes I get the shakes on the way to or when waiting for that first meeting

I read a book once that had something in it I never forgot.

The nervous shakes are kinda like the shakes you get when your excited.

Like if you’ve ever gone on a rollercoaster?

You’ll see that these 2 emotions are very similar.

Stop telling yourself your nervous. Tell yourself your excited
