"My motivation is different for different things. One way to get motivated is to make a start. Dont make big commitments. Just say I am going to do 'x' for 2 mins. Usually I find that process kick-start things. Then try to make a habit of it for every day. After a while you will find it get easier to continue. Good luck." This is a good tip! "Small steps until I get things done. Say I've got a report to do - I'll log off Fab, mute conversation notifications and then focus on that until I've got x amount done. Then I'll have a break. And repeat until I've got there. Most of the time I find it quite easy, the things I could need motivating to do I have to do if that makes sense? I'd like motivating to reach my size 14 dreams and I've realised that won't come from me alone so I'm currently looking at personal trainers to find one who looks scary. Fear is a good motivator for me, as is wanting to be the best. And someone telling me to get my arse in gear works wonders." I reckon you're pretty tenacious once you're mind is set on something tho?
