Morrisons in store bakery are doing 3 chocolate covered doughnuts with mini eggs on top for £1.50

Krispy Kreme can do one for a couple of weeks

I can honestly say that I'd refuse a Krispy Kreme donut and probably turn down the offer of the chicken sandwich that you've mentioned. A slice of home made victoria sponge with jam and butter cream on the other hand

Cake just isn’t the same on Spain and Victoria sponge can make a rainy day worthwhile

There's a Krispy Kreme drive-thru in Peterborough.

Seeing them come off the conveyor and smelling them is orgasmic.

I literally go to Norwich specially for Krispy Kremes. I can imagine me doing the same for a decent chicken sandwich.

"Anything that is better than KFC is welcome!"

Best KFC I’ve had was in a little place on the outskirts of Savannah, Georgia (as in where a certain F. Gump Esq once sat on the now famous bench). Special extra crispy coatings etc that are not available here.

I remember when Krispy Kreme first hit our shores. I thought they looked like plastic and would taste too sweet. Then I tried one...I was right. Nasty stuff

You can't compare Morrisons to Krispy Kreme but I do like Morrison doughnuts tbh they're probably the best supermarket ones.

Unpopular opinion. They aren’t that good.

I think its a tougher market in the UK than American businesses ever really understand.

Maccy D in the UK has such a high level of service, accessibility, pricing etc.

Look at all the previous failures, particularly the decline of BK, but also Wimpy, Wendy's, KFC varies a lot....

And there's not even many Krispy kremes around, as has been said, supermarkets like Morrisons wipe the floor with them on price and possibly quality.

I think there's only ever two at a time in the whole country and they move around to random spots every six months.
