The clocks go forward this weekend. Most people who get up for work at a fixed time will lose an hour's sleep. In my case I'm going to get an extra hour of sleep. My turn to lose an hour's sleep will come when the clocks go back and most people gain an hour.

How?

Incidentally this is actually true.

I'll tell later if you are interested. Now I think about typing the answer and I hope I can be bothered.

Also I think this changing the clocks malarkey is a load of bollocks.

This, well not the insomnia.. Commercial gas engineers sleep when dead.. Even then it’s a luxury
