Just gone third in the medals table.

Really good to see Team GB doing so well in the medal count compared to previous years…..

Always been a cynic of the point of hosting the Olympics, but at least the medal count does make it all worth while.

Kidderminster+ surrounding areas.

a supreme show of controlled rowing!,congratulations lads!.

the aussie rowers look as desolated as the aussie cyclists!.

where have all the (gold)medals gone?

gone to GB every one

when will they ever learn?

when will they ever learn?.

The commentator indicated that the whole Aussie team are very downbeat because of the lack of medals at this Olympics.

Way over Yonder, that's where I'm bound

That was brilliant! A first too. Eton Dorney seems to have been the best venue to have tickets for so far. The atmosphere and the medals to boot.

Hope something is wrong with that boat but it isn't clear if they'd travelled 100 metres in it. Redgrave 'suggested' that if it isn't broken they should break it quickly lol

It's broken and the race will be restarted. It will annoy the others though as they were powering ahead and have to get that adrenaline back.

Bit like the cyclist who admitted a tactical fall to get a restart on Thursday - not really cricket is it?

I think even the guys in the commentary box were a bit emotional there. Poor guys, but they got the silver!

That was hard to watch.

But I admire that they were that focused on winning that silver is clearly no consolation at all.
