My fiancé. He gives me the space I need to learn and grow in discovering who I am, supports me, makes me laugh and challenges me intellectually when I'm coasting by (even if he does irritate the fuck out of me by beating me at Scrabble).

Without him I wouldn't have softened in the way I have, I would still be prickly and short and cruel. He's taught me to love unashamedly and shown me that I'm deserving of love as well.

I wouldn't be the woman I am becoming if it wasn't for him.

Education and learning from mistakes are actions to take away.

Everyone's got potential, recognising the difference between people who are challenging me for my benefit vs those who are only interested in bringing me down (because they've not developed themselves), and not being afraid to call them out when I need to, but mostly just avoiding those types and spending more time with the good ones.
