Have you taken decent advice OP? There are options available so probably best to discuss this with experts. Highly recommend Christians against poverty. They’re exceptional at debt advice and no faith required.

OP there are many debt management charities with fantastic advice and support to help you get yourself out of debt.

My advice is for you to give consideration to all of the options available to you and make an informed decision based on what is best for you now and in the future.

Take care

What you could do op is make a list of you incoming and out going,be honest as you will get found out, present this to those wanting money from you and see if you can come to an arrangement,if not then as others have said seek professional help asap

Look into a IVA before Bankruptcy, see it it will help you as after 6 years most of your debts can be written off as long as you keep to the agreements.

Obviously there are pros and cons with it, but worth looking at.

There are also debt relief orders op, depending how much you owe (they go up to 20k).like bankruptcy but only cost £90 and discharged after a year.

Google debt advice charities, there are a few that are totally free for help and advice.

Good luck
